Website for Herts Festival Entries

There are booking forms and then there are highly bespoke booking forms, which is something Hyde-Design has come to specialise in.

Herts Festival Entries uses a booking entry system that was originally developed for All England Dance (the regional and national competition), allowing dance festival organisers to accept online registrations and payments. The registration feature allowed for multiple entries under different dance classes and under different ensembles (solo, duets, quartets and groups). A copy function would allow users to quickly re-enter previously entered info and a date checker would calculate the age of each dancer and only allow them to enter age specific classes. The website also included an admin area to export the entires in a single spreadsheet file, removing a huge admin task from the festival organisers.

Similar entry systems have been developed by Hyde-Design for festivals in Royston, Stevenage, Welwyn Hatfield, Luton, Worthing and North Norfolk.
